A: For system upgrades only the FootPrint server is upgraded, the thin client machines are automatically upgraded when they next connect to the server.

A: A combination of standard and thin clients may access a single server. We recommend thin clients across the board to simplify installation and upgrades.

A: Yes. Data is instantly available to all users.

A: System backup is automated and online. This means there is no need to shut the system down for backups.
