Producer Payroll / Milk Payroll

The Milk payment / milk payroll module provides the following functions:

• Calculation of transport (haulage) costs based on an extensive list of parameters
• Management of milk flow and separation regimes including:
   
  • Grade based separation
  • Penalty based separation
  • Quota based separation, including EU Quota management and US federal orders
  • Priority based separation
  • Pre-determined separation
  • Production levels
  • Time periods
  • Date ranges
     
• Construction of dairy company specific payment regimes through the use of user definable payment formulae. These can be used to build formulae for payment use, or for use with forecasting of for other purposes. The US cheese yield formula can be constructed through the use of these formulae
• Calculation of farm Producer payroll / milk payroll over any defined payment period length
• Calculation of retrospective (step-up) payments over any defined period, through the use of user defined payment formulae
• Calculation of levies (or any other state imposed charges)
• Management of the split of payment between multiple parties associated with a farm
• Management of loans to farmers
• Management of deductions (rural stores payments, hire arrangements etc) for farmers/members
• Deposit of funds into selected farmer/member accounts via direct credit deposit, or via integration with a selected finance system
• Extensive inquiry, reporting and report writer options
• Ease of management between producer payroll / milk payroll and milk procurement modules
